Vocal
Hannah's passion for music began in childhood. After exploring the piano, ukulele, drums, and guitar, she distilled her passion to vocal training. She is a classically trained vocalist, specializing in jazz, but with a keen ear for and interest in alternative pop, indie pop, dream pop, and baroque pop. She has benefited from a wide range of musical tastes and influences, from Delta blues to opera and North African Raï. Grounded in a solid education in music theory and a strong series of professional teachers, Hannah is able to harness her power through voice.
Experience
Hannah has been performing solo voice events since the age of ten. She has sung before small crowds all the way to Carnegie Hall, where she has now performed four times after being chosen in her age category for jazz and musical theater. She has also performed in choirs, shows, and an acapella group. She has also participated multiple times in All State, receiving near-perfect marks, and All County chorus for many years.
Hannah recorded her first four singles at a professional studio. She develops her own harmony tracks and is learning more about the mixing process. She creates her own demos to decide which songs she will further endure. She looks forward to being back in the studio soon where she will be creating her first album.
Hannah began studying voice under the tutelage of Audrey White in the Washington, D.C. area at the age of eight. Since moving to Rochester, New York, Hannah has been engaged in classical and jazz vocal training with Diane Abrahamian of the Eastman Community School of Music. She attends the Harley School, which boasts a rigorous music theory program and robust choir experience under the direction of Ben Burroughs, whom Hannah has worked with for five years.
